This website is all about The Beatles and the individual members of The Beatles. It is kept by Roger Stormo, who has been associated with the Norwegian Beatles fan club, "Norwegian Wood", since 1980. Feel free to quote from the site, but please give me credit and a link back to the original item. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. This is not a news site per se, but if we hear about something that has yet to be reported by other Beatles news services, we tend to write about it. Apart from that, we will write stuff about the Beatles on an irregular basis at the whim of the author. A lot of our readers arrive at specific articles from internet searches or references to this site from forums and other Beatles sites. If you did, we encourage you to click here to access the main page, and also to indulge in our archives - you may find other posts that are interesting. You may also subscribe to news from the site and have each new issue delivered to your rss feed reader.

I saw it yesterday, but it didn't have an image of the book. Amazon seems to be a platform for grey releases, legally speaking, and I tend to wait until confirmation appears on here, to decide whether it's a genuine release.
I'd have thought that May might have been a more suitable date, given that the original album came out on 8th May 1970. I'm glad though, as there's been quite a few high-end Beatles releases of late. I'm still intrigued how the relationships between all four Beatles was, leading up to their break-up. The White Album was presented with a more harmonious tone, rather than the souring friendships and antagonism towards John/Yoko that we've always understood. The Anthology didn't present anything different to the sad ending.
Bull Moose has this up for preorders, at around $34
That's because all official Apple releases are going to portray Yoko as a "nice person" (which of course she isn't).
Note there's a difference between releasing the film, and releasing the film on home video. The CD set will likely be released on the 50th anniversary in May, and the film will debut in May as well for its 50th. That leaves two months of art house circuit appearances and odd theatrical releases before the DVD & blu-ray come out end of summer/early fall — and the book is meant to capitalize on there being some product out there.
I was hoping the entire release schedule was in May...doh!
I don’t see it on their site - can you provide a link?
This site has similar news citing Beatlefan mag as the source, so maybe it is legit?

"Amazingly, 50 years on, the "Fab Four's" Get Back/Let It Be project lives on. Beatlefan magazine just reported that a new book, titled, The Beatles Get Back, is slated for release in October via publishers Callaway Arts & Entertainment.
According to information they received from the publisher, the book will be tied-in to the upcoming Peter Jackson-directed film project:" "The Beatles Get Back is the authorized story of the making of the Let It Be album and the Beatles’ break-up, told through exclusive photographs, transcripts of the recording sessions, and an essay by Hanif Kureishi. The book will be the companion to the film directed by Peter Jackson, both released next fall — exact date to be announced."
The publisher has good credentials too:

Absolutely true 👌
"On the basis of this clip, Beatles fans will lose their minds over this film, which has no release date but seems likely to be released in the spring, in time for the 50 th anniversary of the original “Let It Be” release date in May."
